Transporting Cats

Avoid using wicker baskets or cardboard boxes, the best ones to use are top loading plastic or wire baskets. Leave it around the house near meal plates. If possible get it out of storage while the cat is asleep and put  a favourite blanket in it. Spray the items with feliway  or  wipe a cloth on the chin and cheek glands of the cat  to mark the cage with the scent of cats.
